For people who are still searching for answers.
The Systems Physiology Method™
Helping you make sense of complex health problems.
Have you been asking yourself...
"What is wrong with me?"
You wake up exhausted.
Your digestion is off.
Your hormones feel all over the place.
But your blood work keeps coming back "normal."
You've tried different practitioners, different diets, different supplements...
...yet you're still searching for answers.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
What if all of these symptoms were connected?...
The Systems Physiology Method™
Most approaches focus on individual symptoms, diagnoses, or test results, then build a plan around each one.
The Systems Physiology Method™ starts with a different question:
What is your physiology trying to tell us?
Rather than reviewing each symptom or test result separately, I look at how your health history, timeline, blood work, functional testing, lifestyle, medications, and previous diagnoses fit together.
The goal isn’t to build a separate plan around every test. It’s to understand the physiology that connects them. When those connections become clear, I can identify which systems deserve attention first.
Not everything that looks abnormal is equally important. Understanding what matters most, and what should come first, is omore important than trying to address everything at once.
Because physiology determines strategy.
Why This Approach Is Different
Most healthcare systems are designed to answer questions like:
• What disease is present?
• Which laboratory marker is abnormal?
• Which symptom should we treat next?
Those questions are important.
But they don't explain why symptoms continue, why treatments stop working, or why two people with the same diagnosis experience completely different outcomes.
The Systems Physiology Method™ asks a different question:
What is preventing this person's physiology from functioning normally?
Instead of viewing symptoms as isolated problems, I look at how your body's systems influence one another.
That means looking beyond individual test results to understand the relationships between energy production, digestion, inflammation, hormones, immune function, nervous system regulation, nutrient status, and other physiological systems.
When you understand how the systems interact, priorities become clearer.
Different thinking leads to different outcomes.
Systems Physiology Case Review™
The Systems Physiology Case Review™ organizes your symptoms, health history, laboratory findings, and functional testing into one clear physiological picture.
Rather than receiving another interpretation of individual test results, you receive a visual and written analysis showing how the findings connect, which systems appear most important, and what deserves attention first.
What You’ll Receive:
Foundational Systems Blueprint™
A visual overview of the laboratory evidence connected to foundational systems such as energy, blood sugar, digestion, oxygen delivery, liver function, and inflammation.
Regulatory Systems Blueprint™
A visual overview of the systems influencing regulation, including thyroid function, hormones, stress, immune activity, electrolytes, vitamin D, and methylation.
Comprehensive Clinical Report
A written interpretation integrating your blood work, functional testing, health history, symptoms, timeline, medications, supplements, and previous diagnoses.
Prioritized Physiological Hierarchy
Identification of the primary, secondary, and tertiary systems most likely influencing your current physiology.
Clear Action Priorities
An explanation of what deserves attention first, what should be monitored, and what may not be a primary concern.
Personalized Review Session
A private session to walk through your Blueprints, clinical report, priorities, and next steps.
